Garrard's Mini Mart LLC wants you to be satisfied with what you buy from us. This policy explains how returns, exchanges, and refunds are handled for purchases from our store at 1829 Garrard St, Covington, KY 41014 and for online orders placed through this website.
Return window
Requests to return an eligible item should be made within 14 days of purchase or delivery. Items must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging, with proof of purchase such as a receipt or order confirmation.
Items that cannot be returned
For health, safety, and legal reasons, we cannot accept returns of perishable food and beverages, opened food or drink products, personal care and hygiene items once opened, and any age-restricted or otherwise legally restricted products. This does not affect your rights regarding defective or incorrectly supplied goods.
Damaged, defective, or incorrect items
If an item arrives damaged, is past its date, or is not what you ordered, contact us within 48 hours of receipt with your order number and a photograph of the item where possible. We will replace the item or issue a refund for it, including any related shipping cost, at no charge to you.
How to request a return
Contact us by phone or email with your order number and the item you wish to return, or bring the item and your receipt to the store during operating hours. We will confirm whether the item is eligible and how to return it before you ship anything back.
Refunds
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method used for the purchase. Once we process a refund, the time it takes to appear on your statement depends on your card issuer or payment provider. Original shipping charges are refunded only where the return results from our error or a defective item.
Exchanges
Eligible items may be exchanged in store for another item of equal value, subject to availability. If a replacement is not in stock, we will offer a refund instead.
Return shipping costs
For returns due to a change of mind, you are responsible for return shipping. For damaged, defective, or incorrectly supplied items, we cover the cost of return or replacement.
Order cancellations
You may cancel an online order for a full refund at any time before it has been packed or shipped. Contact us as soon as possible with your order number.
